RDR Files Response to JKR/WB

RDR books has filed its reponse to WB and J.K. Rowling's full request for an injunction. The full legal documents are available at Justia.com.

In the response, RDR mainly argues that several other books have been released of the same nature of the Lexicion book in question, despite many of these books being no longer in print, available, or not similar to the Lexicon book's style. They go on to state that the book in question would have to be proven very similar to J.K. Rowing's books for it to be illegal.
